What You’ll Do as a Registered Dietitian

• Conduct clinical assessments to ensure proper nutrition for residents
• Oversee menu planning and meal service, ensuring adherence to dietary requirements
• Work closely with residents and families to address specific dietary needs
• Provide technical guidance to kitchen staff and ensure food safety compliance
• Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings
• Manage food purchasing and inventory while staying within budget
