Procedure:
- Every staff member is responsible to follow and enforce this policy.
- Individuals who think that they have been treated in a manner that is inconsistent with this policy should immediately report it to their supervisor, facility Administrator or any member of management with whom the staff member is comfortable
- Prompt, effective ,easures shall be taken in response to any violation of this policy to ensure such conduct does not occur again.
- Any staff member complaint regarding violations of this policy will be kept confidential to the maximum extent possible.
- This facility will ensure that the employee is protected against retaliation of complaints under this policy
