The Laurels of Athens has a great opportunity for a part-time Receptionist evening and weekend hours available.
The Receptionist greets visitors and vendors and facilitates communication throughout the facility.

Responsibilities
Greet and direct all visitors
Follow infection control practices
Accept and sign for packages
Answer phones
Assist with issuing funds to residents
Order office supplies
Assist with resident/guest and family communications.
Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the day
Notify the Charge Nurse of any resident attempting to leave the facility without approval and proper accompaniment
Follow established isolation precautions and procedures.
Requirements
Must be at least 16 years of age
No experience necessary
Training provided on the job
