In keeping with our organization’s goal of improving the lives of the Guests we serve; the Accounts Receivable Director is responsible for ensuring each facility’s Business Office Manager (BOM) is supported and is adequately trained on and audited for compliance with established business office policies and procedures. Competency with daily functions of the business office including: the Medicaid application process, billing and collections, financial record keeping, the Guest Trust Fund and making financial deposits and withdrawals from various accounts is expected.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Director of A/R and others as required regarding status of each facility business office and its related functions.
- Facilitate training of new Business Office Managers.
- Act as BOM in extended absence of facility BOM.
- Complete and submit reports as required by the Director of A/R.
- Stay abreast of any regulatory changes, changes to State survey guidelines, or billing changes as they impact the Business Office.
- This position requires substantial travel to the various facilities to which the Regional Business Office Manager has been assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year experience in an Accounting role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
