We are seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team! The primary purpose of your position is to greet visitors and help residents in an efficient manner as directed by the Administrator. The position is 16 hours per week:

Week 1
M-Th 5p - 8p
Sat 10-2
Week 2
Sun 10-2
Tues-Fri 5p-8p

Responsibilities:

  • Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action and to remain calm during emergency situations. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the general public.
  • Greets all visitors, residents, family members, and associates in a warm and inviting manner on the phone and by standing and walking around the desk for anyone entering the community
  • Provide customer service rounds to new admissions and guests
  • Interview new admissions within 48 hours
  • Pass refreshments room to room
  • Document customer service trends
  • Assist with back up admissions/marketing
  • Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, enthusiasm, and be able to work harmoniously with other personnel
  • Must be able to follow written and verbal directions
  • Must function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with other personnel
