Are you an experienced payroll coordinator? At our Westerville corporate offices, we have a fast-paced and deadline-oriented payroll office.

The Corporate Payroll Coordinator will oversee all payroll-related functions including, but not limited to:
- Importing time
- Processing a multi-state company payroll on a semi-monthly basis
- Payroll tax compliance and payroll reporting in a multi-state environment.
You would be a good fit if you:
- Have 5 years of payroll experience
- Experienced with computerized timekeeping systems
- Have experience with Excel
- Have a clear understanding of federal, state and local taxes
- An in-depth understanding of accounting principles (accounting degree is preferred)
- Healthcare experience preferred
Your duties in addition to payroll may include:
- Resolving payroll discrepancies with facilities and employees,
- Filing taxes for multiple companies
- Monthly reconciliations and coordinating with other departments
- Ongoing training for facility payroll staff
- Occasional travel to the state of Michigan
