What does it mean to act as the face of our communities? Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are often the foundations of their teams. They assist residents and their family members in making the most out of each day while keeping our care team up to date on the latest developments.

Day In the Life Breakdown
Though responsibilities can vary with each individual’s needs, our team members build trust, support, and companionship through consistency.
morning
o Receive previous shift from care team to ensure care continuity
o Check in on residents and assess immediate needs
o Take vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
o Assist with morning routines such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
o Support when needed during breakfast
midday
o Help residents move safely when walking, transferring, or repositioning
o Maintain clean, comfortable spaces throughout the community such as changing linens or tidying up a room
o Assist residents with any planned activities or appointments
o Monitor residents and communicate any changes to nursing staff
Afternoon & Evening
o Assist with meals and hydration
o Support residents’ personal care needs such as toileting, repositioning, and comfort
o Help residents wind down and prepare for evening routines
