Human Resources Coordinator (HR Coordinator)

We have an excellent opportunity for an HR coordinator with a proven dedication to providing superb customer service!  You will provide human resources support at the facility level for all employees.

You will join an experienced, hard-working team that values communication and strong teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor applicant flow daily in the applicant tracking system and/or work with recruiter assigned to the position(s).
  • Update applicants daily in the applicant in tracking system
  • Assists Department Managers and Administrator with employee retention planning
  • Complete employment process for new hires E.g. I-9, tax forms, license/certification verification, references, background checks, fingerprinting scheduling, physical and drug screen scheduling
  • Schedule and assists with new hire orientation
  • Ensure Employee Problem Resolution Process is being followed and report results
  • Complete injury reports
  • Complete benefit enrollment and follow ups
  • Maintain up-to-date files for employment documents

Education and/or Experience

  • Minimum Associates Degree with 5+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator or Manager capacity, or
  • Minimum Bachelor in HR or BSA with concentration in Human Resources
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably in the long term care setting
