Responsibilities:

• Planning and Scope Definition:
  • Define project goals, scope, and objectives.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Execution and Monitoring:
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring activities are completed according to the plan.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify potential issues.
  • Make adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
• Team Management and Communication:
  • Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks and providing guidance.
  • Manage team performance and address conflicts or issues.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders, including clients, management, and other relevant parties.
• Budget and Resource Management:
  • Manage project budgets and ensure expenses stay within allocated limits.
  • Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and supplies.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify and assess potential project risks.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation plans.
• Quality Control:
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Implement quality control measures and address quality issues as they arise.

Requirements:

• PMP or similar certification
• Scrum, Six Sigma, Lean or similar certification
• Experience with directing a team of people through an enterprise-wide project from start to finish
• Knowledge in the skilled nursing sector of healthcare preferred
• Knowledge in use of project management tools, particularly Smartsheets
• Great communication skills
• Ability to resolve conflict between team members
• HR/Payroll knowledge a plus
• 3-5 years minimum of experience preferred
